What is 16 Days of Activism?

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is a global campaign operating at a local, regional, national and international level to end gender-based violence. It is not a single event but rather a movement – a collective of initiatives demonstrating the solidarity of gender-based violence activists worldwide. Check out the information booklet below for more information.

Library story telling

Local libraries are joining the campaign and reading fun, gender neutral stories to children in story time.  Children’s story time is free and you are welcome to attend.

How can I get involved?

Check out our Facebook Page during 16 Days and help us spread the message that violence against women is never OK.
