This report evaluates two reflective practice sessions delivered by WHISE with Hampton Park early childhood educators in September 2026, as part of ongoing work with the City of Casey to build capacity to recognise and respond to family violence and promote gender equity with families. Hampton Park serves a highly culturally diverse community, including many newly arrived refugee and asylum seeker families, and the sessions were designed to complement a parallel parent program delivered by the Australian Muslim Women’s Centre for Human Rights. The evaluation captures what educators took from the sessions and how the reflective practice approach supported them to extend that learning into their work with families.
