This evaluation explores the impact of WHISE’s three-part community workshop series delivered for the City of Stonnington in March 2026. Covering gender stereotypes, unconscious bias, and courageous conversations, the workshops aimed to build participants’ understanding of gender equality and strengthen their confidence to challenge harmful attitudes and behaviours. The evaluation presents participant feedback and highlights the program’s impact on knowledge, skills, and confidence to apply these learnings in everyday life.
