This evaluation examines the impact of Weaving Change 2026, a national unconference held on 24 April 2026 at the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre. Convened by Gender Equity Victoria and the National Women’s Equality Alliance, the event brought together gender equity practitioners from across sectors to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and shape collective action. The evaluation highlights participant experiences and outcomes from the unconference model, including professional learning, collaboration, and community-building across the gender equity sector.
