This evaluation explores the impact of a targeted professional development session delivered by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE) in partnership with Glen Eira City Council for Maternal and Child Health (MCH) nurses in February 2026. The session aimed to strengthen staff confidence in discussing respectful relationships and gender stereotypes with new parents within group settings. The evaluation highlights improvements in knowledge, communication skills, and confidence to support healthy and respectful family relationships in early parenting contexts.
