This evaluation examines the impact of the Frankston Upstander Project delivered by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE) in partnership with Frankston City Council. Delivered across multiple community cohorts, including sport and recreation settings and priority populations, the project aimed to strengthen community capacity to prevent violence against women in the Frankston region. The evaluation highlights participant learning, increased confidence to respond to gendered violence, and strengthened community action to challenge discrimination and support safer communities.
