This evaluation explores the outcomes of WHISE’s Gender Impact Assessment (GIA) training delivered for Frankston City Council’s Neighbourhood Inclusion team in 2025. Designed to strengthen staff capability under Victoria’s Gender Equality Act (2020), the training built participants’ confidence in applying an intersectional gender lens to their work through practical learning and real-world case studies. The evaluation highlights changes in knowledge, confidence, and capacity to embed gender equity practices across community programs.
