This report summarises the findings from staff and councillor consultations that informed the development of Glen Eira City Council‘s Gender Equality Action Plan (2026–2030). Conducted to support compliance with the Gender Equality Act 2020, the consultations gathered diverse perspectives on workplace culture, leadership, inclusion, safety, governance, and equity. The report highlights key themes and insights that will shape the Council’s gender equality priorities and actions over the next four years.
