This evaluation examines the impact of the Healthy Bodies and Minds sexual and reproductive health program delivered by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE) in partnership with the Clyde North Friendship Group. Designed for migrant Afghan and Indian women, the four-week program provided culturally responsive education on sexual and reproductive health in a safe and supportive community setting. The evaluation highlights increased knowledge, confidence in help-seeking, and the value of co-designed, community-led approaches to improving women’s health and wellbeing.
