This evaluation explores the impact of WHISE’s mother–daughter puberty workshop delivered at Springvale Rise Primary School in May 2025. Designed for mothers and girls aged 9–13, the culturally responsive workshop strengthened knowledge of puberty and menstrual health while fostering open communication and reducing stigma. The evaluation highlights increased confidence, shared learning, and the program’s contribution to supporting positive conversations about puberty and strengthening mother–daughter relationships.
