This evaluation explores the impact of Nourish: A Women’s Wellbeing Gathering, a 90-minute community self-care session delivered by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE) and co-funded by Together We Can, held at Pakenham Library on 5 December 2025 as part of the 16 Days of Activism campaign. The session provided a reflective and supportive space for women to explore wellbeing, stress management, and self-care within the context of gendered pressures and prevention of violence against women. The evaluation highlights participant engagement, increased awareness of wellbeing strategies, and the development of practical personal coping tools.
