Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE), the women’s health service for the Southern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne thanks the outgoing Minister for Health, the Hon Jenny Mikakos MP for her service to the Victorian Community.

WHISE recognises the contribution and leadership that Ms Mikakos has delivered to the Victorian and Melbourne community for over 21 years and recently as Minister for Health. We join with colleagues across the sector in recognising her leadership of improving sexual and reproductive health for women across Victoria. Her work has made a difference for women in Victoria.

WHISE looks forward to continuing its close working relationship with the Department of Health and Human Services and across the Victorian Government to improve the health and wellbeing for all women in our region, and warmly welcome the opportunity to work with the Hon. Martin Foley in continuing this work.
