It gives me immense pleasure to be able to announce that Kit McMahon has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer of WHISE.

Kit is a skilled, passionate accountable leader and feminist with senior executive experience in not for profit, public and private sectors. She has built organisational, community and industry-wide capacity during times of change. Kit is innovative, strategic and a consultative leader with proven ability to engage and empower individuals, communities and workforces into action.

Kit is an accomplished communicator and influencer with excellent networking and relationship development skills at all levels of government, community and corporate organisations. A collaborator, and partnership builder who creates meaningful connections for sustainable change.

The Board of Management warmly welcomes Kit to the organisation and feels confident of her ability to lead WHISE into a successful future.
