NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Women’s Health in the South East, Inc (WHISE) will be held at 2.00pm on Tuesday 28th of November 2017, at Punthill Apartment Hotels Dandenong, 157-163 Lonsdale Street in Dandenong Victoria.

In addition to the other business of the Annual General Meeting an election is required under the Women’s Health In the South East Incorporated (WHISE) Constitution (November 2014), to fill 6 vacancies on the Board of the Women’s Health In The South East Incorporated.

Nomination forms are available from the Returning Officer, 5975 1428 or Women’s Health in the South East, 2/31 Princes Highway, Dandenong, telephone 9794 8677.

Completed nomination forms must either be posted to the Returning Officer at 4 Richardson Drive, Mornington 3931 or hand delivered to the Assistant Returning Officer at the Women’s Health in the South East, 2/31 Princes Highway, Dandenong by 4.00 pm on 7th November 2017.

Nominations cannot be withdrawn after 4.00 pm on 7th November 2017.

If a ballot is necessary a ballot paper and a reply envelope will be posted to eligible members at the address shown on the Associations roll of electors.

The ballot will close at 4.00 pm on 21st November 2017.
